ACTIVITIES
The Swakopmund Museum was established in 1951 and up until today is the largest privately-run museum in
Namibia. Our exhibits include indigenous plants, animals, minerals, archaeological finds, the first transport system in
Namibia, and a variety of other interesting historical objects.
Entrance fees are: Adults N$ 40, Students N$ 35, Children N$ 15, Adult Group (min 10) N$ 35p.p,
School group N$ 5 per learner (for every 10 learners 1 teacher for free), Guided tour by appointments N$ 40p.p plus
entrance fees. (max 10 people)
