GAMSBERG
Gamsberg Pass is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 1.867m (6,125ft) above the sea level. One of the highest roads
in Namibia. Star gazing Mecca with almost no artificial lighting and cloudless skies. One of the best star gazing areas due
to very low air pollution and virtually non-existing light pollution.
SPITZKOPPE
The Spitzkoppe granite is more than 120 million years old and the highest outcrop rises 1,728 metres above sea level.
The peaks stand out from the flat surrounding plains. The highest peak is about 670 metres above the floor of the desert
below.
